OFFICE
Located at the locality ‘La Vergne’, at the western exit of the village of Landerrouat, the first road on the left going towards Pellegrue.
WINERY
Located at the locality ‘Les Gauries’, at the northern exit of the village of Landerrouat, the third road on the right going towards Sainte-Foy-la-Grande.
The buildings of the “Closerie Vitis Arbor” are undergoing exterior and interior renovations. Talented craftsmen are helping us to restore this old building.
In addition to the 4 hectares of vines surrounding the property, we have also replanted downy oak trees and hornbeams; we have sown flowers; we have renovated the old ‘lavoir’ (wash house) and the dovecote, we have dug the pond and have done several other redevelopments around the site.
The end of the work is scheduled for 2023. It will be an exclusive place for wine tourism; travelers from all over the world will be able to come in the heart of this peaceful property, recharge their batteries, and of course taste the wines produced from this exceptional vineyard.
