Hot pre-fermentation maceration to extract concentrated red fruits aromas.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks
Addition of a small quantity of sugar to the final blend for roundness and balance.

Profil

Powerful aromas of forest fruits, very aromatic
Smooth and gourmet mouth, good tannic structure; slightly spicy with notes of roasted peppers.
Perfect to pair with grilled meats and vegetables, spicy food, melted cheeses and chocolate.
