Very ripe grapes selected from the best Estate vines
Hot pre-fermentation maceration to extract concentrated red fruits aromas.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks
Addition of a small quantity of sugar to the final blend for roundness and balance.

Profil

Generous and silky, jammy notes of red fruits
Structured and long lasting, with a pleasant sweetness.
Ideal to drink as an aperitive, also pairs well with Asian food, lasagna, mushrooms and veggies, mozzarella or dried fruits.
